Rollout Manager

10+ Years of experience in handling big scale FTTH projects in Indonesia, managing and coordinating the equipment providers (FO), subcontractors (civil engineering), technical teams and the customer. The manager is part of a high-performing team responsible for the deployment of FTTH, have extensive knowledge in FTTH project planning & Budgeting , cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget
• Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Full turnkey FTTH deployments, right from SITAC / RoW , Implementation , Acceptance and handover
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation

Requirements and skills:

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge in Project management IT tools
• Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great educational background,Graduate
• Excellent client-facing and internalcommunication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
