Responsible for driving overall PUMA brand retail presentation, in Owned & Operated retail stores (FPS & FOC) country-wide.

Lead loss-prevention efforts through standard setting and audit,

Maintain a talent pipeline with succession plans and developmental opportunities in place.

Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally.

University degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent

Extensive executive-level management experience (at least 10 years)

Control all outlet-related expenses in accordance with the management-mandated budget.

Prior experience in FnB/Start-Up companies will be preferred.

Manage the store growth to reduce variation by developing and stabilizing the store opening process.

Prior experience in managing a team of 100+ people to achieve productivity and quality improvement gains.

Work closely with Training team to improve staff ability in soft skills (customer service) and product knowledge

Good in time management and conflict management

Manage operations team to achieve sales target

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations or FMCG

Advance in Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills, and data processing

Communication skill, verbal & written business correspondence
