Degree holder with 3-4 years of Managerial Level and relevant experience in business and retail development

Strong analytical skills and confident speaking in English and Bahasa is a must

Conduct markets and cities research across Indonesia to spearheaded SATURDAYS' offline expansion

Use capital budgeting and proper analytics planning to ensure the new and existing stores meet the Company's payback target

Responsible with negotiation with leasing and landlord for renewal of existing stores

Proficient in negotiation, capital budgeting.

* Recent graduate or less than three years of professional experience.

* Preferred backgrounds with exposure to mathematics, analysis, or critical thinking in educational or professional settings.

* Providing daily market updates, analyzing industry news, offering technical insights, and making stock recommendations.

* A genuine passion for marketing and a curiosity to explore new horizons.

* Crafting innovative marketing plans for the upcoming months that resonate with our target audience.

* Identifying and engaging potential clients to expand our business reach.

Agile project experience with excellent BA skills in requirements gathering, documentation, create user stories and process flows are essential.

Good self-management – continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set

Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents

Run workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements

Assist and lead team contribution and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

● Create/enable an innovation area, to manage and develop new ideas to support the growing business

● Having minimum 6-10 years experiences

● Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation skill & business sense

● Define, plan, lead the team, and execute the roadmap to drive growth for customers

● Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.

● Sense of urgency for incident resolutions

4+ years of experience in key account management

Communicating and collaborating with internal Stakeholders across functions; PG, Operations, Product, and Finance; to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.

Has experience working for big e-commerce players. Preferably experience in managing retail accounts

Preferably has experience in FMCG company/Principal as a KAM

Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Developing and retaining solid relationships with key clients in FMCG Category
