Plan vs Actual Perform Inventory Management to ensure availability of the right products

Aging Stock, Controlling stock, analyze Execute Promotion Plan, New product plan (Product knowledge & coordinate with trainers) to maximize sales

At least 1-2 years experienced in fashion retail merchandising, preferably within Multi-Brand environment

Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills

Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills

Perform Merchandise Plan (Analyze, Product purchase, allocation) in order to ensure the availability of the right products

Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.

Administrative support to merchandising team

Support in sales and stock reconciliations

Support in case of price changes

Support in store openings and/ or closures

Bachelor degree holder any field.

Menguasai Ms. Office (Excel dan Word)

Minimum Diploma degree from any major

Willing to work from office at Central Department Store, Grand Indonesia Mall, Jakarta Pusat

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Oversee the management of product merchandising and inventory to ensure processes flow smoothly

Special skills – merchandising strategy, deep knowledge of kids and fashion footwear categories

Education – bachelor’s degree, MBA degree is added advantage

Experience min. 10 year in strategic area with deep expertise in merchandising and operation, preferably in retail

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in processing big data, data analysis, and data visualization tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Identify and implement product capabilities required to support business opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or quantitative subject (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics, or Finance).

At least 2 years of experience in BI/analytics/data science/insights/strategy.

Experience in building and scaling reporting suite for the company.

Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation.

Leadership skill with at least 3 years experienced as a leader.

Responsible in leading a group of Merchandising Managers and Merchandisers

5 years of experience in fashion retail industry, having experience in online and offline channel is an advantage.

Proficient in Excel with advanced data analysis and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Inventory planning using OTB tools
