Ensure the amount of goods returned is in accordance with the physical amount

Inform clients of damaged return items

Monitoring performance returns according to SLAs (1 day)

Ensure SOP treatment of goods return from each client

Monitoring courier performance (SLA, FTD, Productivity, CDBB) in all hubs

Control all dedicated courier hubs

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

5-7 years working experience in express/logistics operations covering operational end-to-end process from pick up to delivery

Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies

Prior experience in implementing and improving delivery operations

Lead overall project planning and tracking of milestones across all workstreams to achieve the desired business outcomes

Collaborate across ventures, recommend cost-effective solutions to operational challenges and develop operational improvement strategies
