The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

Have a valid Middle Operational Supervisor (POM) - BNSP certification.

Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER certification

Practical knowledge of certifications such as Café Practice, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, Fairtrade, and others

Define local sustainability missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements in alignment with the company’s commercial and sustainable goals

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a regional coordinator in coffee, cocoa, or any plantation commodity

Sound knowledge of basic agronomy and procurement

10+ marketing experience in multinational environment

Degree with a second class upper + MBA or Professional qualification like (CIMA/CIM ect)

Senior Regional Marketing Manager-AMEA- Heart Heath (Becel/ProActiv), Rama + Marketing Operations

Proven track-record of managing a total marketing budget. Every cent saved, is a cent earned.

You have a strong preference for working-media over non-working media.

Strong understanding of media buying or willing to quickly learn all ins-and-outs.

At least five years of programme management experience in an international humanitarian organisation

Programme management experience within the Red Cross/Red Crescent system, preferably in an emergency response setting

Post-graduate education in public health

At least three years of experience in managing emergency health programmes and interventions.

At least three years of experience working on supply and quality assurance of medical consumables and equipment for health emergency preparedness
