Quality Engineer In Product Support Jobs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Providing new clients all around Indonesia.

Support and help with technical problems or any troubleshooting of the client, and solve their problems.

Contributing technical support for new products or technology from the principal before execution to Clients.

Bachelor's degree majoring in geodesy/geomatics

Familiar with all surveying equipment.

Visit customers with sales team to support them in terms of Product Knowledge, Product Application, installation, and training for users.

Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs

Provide technical assistance to clients who are using the company's products

Investigate and help clients issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them

Provide training to sales team on how to use the company's products

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai sistem kelistrikan yang baik

Menguasai bahasa indonesia dan bahasa inggris (minimal pasif)

Memiliki keterampilan berkomunikasi yang baik (baik verbal maupun tertulis)

Siap melakukan perjalanan dinas, baik dalam kota maupun ke luar kota

Mempelajari materi dan portofolio produk, terkait dengan produk yang sudah ada dan produk baru dari principal atau perusahaan
