Temporary basis (1-2 months) position with main role is to help researcher in day-to-day research project.

Research and Analysis of key areas and funding strategy for clients.

Working on key strategic market research projects.

Executive Committee Meetings arrangement and attending the meetings.

Have skills and keen interest in audio-visual storytelling and video editing.

Have basic knowledge of qualitative research

Support research & documentation in various formats (graphics, videos, text) and develop impeccable storytelling of research insights

Assist in research activities such as desk research, synthesis, user recruitment, etc.

Participate in brainstorming and innovation workshops internally and with clients.

Love observing people and comfortable in having conversations with new people on just about anything, to uncover their stories and values.

-Collaborate with product management, design, and research teams to identify important research questions.

-Support generative, iterative, and evaluative research to provide feedback on concepts, designs, and the end-to-end user experience.

-Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

-Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.

-Lead a capstone user research project end-to-end and share findings to international stakeholders.

Having Market Researcher experience of Qualitative research at least 3 years in Research Company

Having good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Statistical Software such as R, SAS

Having experience in supervising questionnaire and reports created

Analyzing data and information structure & selecting the best option to visualize them

Checking the table/charts/diagrams produced by the subordinate

Developing New Clients/Maintaining Existing Clients

Experience in Google suite/Microsoft Office Applications (preferably familiar with data management and analysis with Atlas.ti).

Data management - conduct data extraction and management for a systematic review project.

Enjoy and has experience in reading literature/academic journals. Has a vision and passion to address environmental and people/education issues in Indonesia

Has experience analyzing research data and apply basic statistics, preferably using statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA, R, etc.)

Has a knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodology

Has leadership and organization experiences.

Manage and handle all administrative tasks

Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field for mid-level

Have under 1 year of working experience or freshly graduated for junior-level

Familiar with qualitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniques
