What you will be doing

As a Qualitative Researcher at Kadence International (Indonesia), you will be responsible to:

·Prepare proposals and client briefs prior to senior review

·Execute qualitative data collection process under supervision (e.g. in-depth interview or Focus Group Discussion)

·Assist senior researcher in delivering reports to clients by preparing primary analysis

·Communicate with clients regarding proposals, progress, reports, etc.

·Manage and handle all administrative tasks

What we are looking for

To be our Qualitative Researcher, you are required to:

·Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major (Socials and humanities are preferable)

·Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field for mid-level

·Have under 1 year of working experience or freshly graduated for junior-level

·Familiar with qualitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniques

·Have exceptional analytical and logical abilities

·Fluent in English both written and oral
