What you will be doing:

As a Qualitative Researcher at Kadence International (Indonesia), you will be responsible to:

Prepare proposals and client briefs prior to senior review

• Communicate with clients regarding proposals, progress, reports, etc.
• Assist senior researcher in delivering reports to clients by preparing primary analysis
• Execute qualitative data collection process under supervision (e.g. in-depth interview or Focus Group Discussion)
• Manage and handle all administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

To be our Qualitative Researcher, you are required to:

• Have exceptional analytical and logical abilities
• Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field for mid-level
• Familiar with qualitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniques
• Have under 1 year of working experience or freshly graduated for junior-level
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major (Socials and humanities are preferable)
