Minimum 20 years of purchasing and project management experience

Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

Project Management and Problem Solving – Thorough understanding of managing project

Oversight of multiple unit managers, along with 4 team leads to ensure all activities in the procurement department run as scheduled

Other Procurement targets and to meet requirements relating to deadlines and quality.

Minimum 10 years of experience in large projects (involving 5,000-10,000 workers and a project value of over 2 billion USD)

Capex Specifics strong knowledge (FIDIC, VOB, HOAI, Project Management, Claim Management)

Multiskilled and good time management

Background in construction, contract & claim management are welcome.

Strong Presentation skills with excellent PowerPoint capabilities

Coordinating role in change order, contract & claim management

Improve and develop supplier portfolio and relationship management

Has great communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills

Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting

Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution

Highly experienced with civil or/and mechanical engineering concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of manufacturing/construction processes

Procurement practices for engineering and manufacturing categories for Civil Construction Project and/ Forestry Project, etc.

Develop and lead category sourcing strategies for Capital Equipment

At least 1 Year of working experience in the relatable position.

Good communication and negotiation skills

Processes purchase orders and invoices ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Provides administrative support to the team and contributes to the implementation of continuous improvement in all processes.

Undertakes other duties, as required

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Any Majors related to the position

Good Contract writing skills, including technical capabilities, Scope of Work (SOW) and commercial terms & condition;

Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Manage all phases of repair, rebuild and warranty claims; approve repair and service invoices.

Experience in purchasing high dollar items and preparing complex Purchase Orders or Purchase Contracts;

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Familiar with SAP (module SAP Ariba)

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred.

Manage respective supplier relationship and performance.

Have a minimum 5 years of work experience as a Procurement Project or similar role.

Experience negotiating, contact and procurement terms and conditions.

Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.

Have working experiences in Procurement or Supply Planning

Ensuring no major issue happens in Supply Service

Willing to work in project basis

Analytical, logical, and have ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge in Supply Chain Process

Proactive, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential

Good communication and excellent in negotiation skills

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree from Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Interior Design.

Proficient in reading shop drawings or construction drawings

Perform project management and quantitative measure to ensure milestones are met and objectives achieved

Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach

Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in similar or relevant role

Experience in consulting, marketing operations, or equivalent is required

Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive Shopee Indonesia's Procurement and Operations excellence
