Procurement Manager For Manufacture Expansion Project

Position Summary

1. Execute & control local project procurement strategies within area of investments in production facilities in factory/ local site.
2. Accountable for tendering, negotiation, awarding and contract handling for the local investment demands within certain thresholds : < 100k EUR
3. Coordinating role in change order, contract & claim management
4. Responsible for compliance with Procurement standards, methods and processes, stakeholder management and sustainable interface towards demand owner and Procurement community
5. Be a reliable expert to share Procurement and category know-how within international area together with Headquarters Procurement team
6. Improve and develop supplier portfolio and relationship management

Your Tasks:

1. Drive the stakeholder for Procurement Process as the procurement procedure & Strategy.
2. Execute & Control procurement strategy planning, alignment with all stakeholders in regular basis.
3. Representing procurement in projects as first point of contact and actively participate in Procurement-relevant project meeting to covers.
4. Connecting Project Demand Owners with Procurement contact persons for other Category Manager, or above the threshold limit.
5. Support change order & claim management, document result in alignment with Category Manager and Contract Owner.
6. Handle Demands <100 k€ end-to-end, Demands 100-500k€ in alignment with Category Manager.
7. Drive Documents and contracts document signature process out of the system and inside the system (SAP, SRM, Spider, docusign, Sharepoint, etc).
8. Develop and maintain final Procurement Plan
9. Work with the Business, Engineering & Maintenance, and Legal teas to develop contracting strategies that address stakeholder needs while taking into consideration appropriate risk management measures in a highly dynamic and evolving market environment.
10. Establish procurement best practices and continuously improving these in order to identify cost savings opportunities across sites.
11. Define project risk by do the evaluation and recommendation to Project Manager.
12. Close technical guidance and assistance with supplier during negotiation in order to complete and closed purchase orders as demand owner requirements.
13. Develops and maintains timing and action plan for projects.

Your Profile:

• Fluent English and local language is mandatory.
• Capex Specifics strong knowledge (FIDIC, VOB, HOAI, Project Management, Claim Management)
• Multiskilled and good time management
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and adaptability
• Willing to be contracted for 2.5 years.
• Academic education in economics or industrial engineering, technical background appreciated.
• Strong Presentation skills with excellent PowerPoint capabilities
• Several years of experience in Procurement for Investments, technical projects or Indirect.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/ P2P-processes
• Background in construction, contract & claim management are welcome.
