Producing and seeking approval for Business Requirements Documents from clients

Having prior knowledge of Project Implementation, Business Analyst, and Information System

Good communication skill, both written and verbal

Having minimum 4 - 7 years working experience in related position

Having experience working in FMCG, Construction, and Automotive industry is a plus point

Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.

Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed

Process taxes and payment of employee benefits

Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.

Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll officer

Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

Manage a team of Implementation Consultants and a portfolio of projects assigned to them and ensure their successful and on-time delivery.

Manage any escalations from the client or internal stakeholders in the due course of the project and resolve issues.

Guide the client through the go-live/launch phase and work with the Marketing/Customer Experience teams to drive adoption of Darwinbox.

7+ years of experience in HR tech implementation, HR consulting, or HR roles.

Experience of managing teams is a must. History of dealing with senior stakeholders like CXOs will be an added advantage.

Understanding of HR or educational background in the same will be an added advantage.

Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in both agile and traditional program delivery, project & program management, and/or community transformation.

Experience in waste management or broader related sustainability topics is preferred.

Experience in managing and executing complex program with diverse team and stakeholders, with on-time, on-budget, and on-quality milestones delivery.

Proven track record of establishing trust and credibility with community workers, leaders, and local government officials and leaders.

Demonstrated aptitude in conceptual and analytical problem solving with the ability to communicate to a highly diverse set of audiences.

Passion for contributing to society and making change happen in the environmental and/or waste space.

5+ years experience in Construction or Project Management.

5+ years experience in Vendor Management.

BA/BS in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar Technical focus.

Demonstrated experience thriving in an ambiguous environment and ability to motivate yourself, your managers, and associates to deliver against deadlines.

5+ years experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.

5+ years’ experience in the technical field of power distribution and data center mechanical cooling systems.

Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Accountancy, Human Resource Management or equivalent

Acknowledge billing requisition before final approval by President Director
