Project Controller Admin Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Fresh graduate to 2 years field experience

Handle project's deliverables and administration, including project report

Monitor and control projects progress and cost

Assist in the procurement process and material logistics

Support PM and SM for project routine tasks

Minimum Associate's Degree in Engineering

Good communication, planning and time management skills

Manage project control on daily routine and non routine task

Min. 2 years experience in project control and administration

Have knowledge in microsoft project

Attend to meetings such as weekly meeting, EPC stakeholder,

Min. 2 years of experience in cost control &/ accounting &/ finance

Skilled in excel / spreadsheet

A bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance

Create Work Breakdown Structure, Set up project in SAP

Create Cost baseline, forecast, billing plan and S-Curve

Control project expenses, allocate to cost centers

Managing end-to-end market research process in refer to management requirements.

Minimum education diploma preferably Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality graduates.

Experience in Property Companies, Hospitality, and Real Estate.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Highly interested in marketing analyst and customer behavior.
