Help planning for the timeline, mechanism, tonality, and target audience of the marketing campaign.

Help assessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Support in developing and managing social media campaigns, including creating and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.

Assist plan and execute PPC campaigns, including conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, and monitoring campaign performance.

0-1 year of experience in Project Management is preferred.

Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management.

Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news.

Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life-cycle to clients

Directs teams deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients.

Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.

2. Mempersiapkan dan menganalisis rencana manajemen project, laporan status project dan presentasi, hasil project, dan dokumentasi project.

1. S1 dari jurusan IT/Sistem Informasi.

2. Memiliki pengalaman yang relevant min. 1 tahun.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome (memiliki pengalaman intern sebagai PM lebih disukai).

•Knowledge and experience with project management

•Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

• Manage team members and make sure work as expected

•2 years of work experience in a Project Coordinator is preferred

•Must have knowledge of Fiber Optic tools (Splicer, OTDR, OPM, etc)

•Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Experience, Qualifications & Key Competencies.

Liaise with the Client Services team, translators and territory affiliates regarding project status and requirements, obtaining and circulating all necessary information

Manage custom payments for atypical tasks performed by external freelance resources

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels

Knowledge of a second language is an advantage

Broad cultural knowledge and wide range of interests
