Research Assistant - Project Based

- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) or recently graduated from Social, Communication, Environmental Engineering, or related fields

At least 2-5 years of experience in project management and /or change management

Background in construction, contract & claim management are welcome.

Coordinating role in change order, contract & claim management

Improve and develop supplier portfolio and relationship management

Experience in relationship building / management throughout the project life cycle with Compliance partners.

Previous compliance, Regulatory, business analyst or project management experience preferred

Responsible for developing quality management system and review detail design carried out by engineering consultant.

Knowledge and experience of compliance and regulatory environments

Ensure BDF Quality guidelines, GMP and local legal requirement are always implemented during design, construction and commissioning work.

Develop and maintain various compliance protocol & reporting, validation & qualification (IQ, OQ PQ & HACCP) of plant equipment & facilities.

Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience / involving executing build capital projects.

Program management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) to compliment your program management experience

Good stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite

5+ years of experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy

Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)

Strong experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business

Excellent communicator with superior written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders
