Client Project Coordinator (Bogor Based)

We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Client Project Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team in Bogor.

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining existing clients and building good relationships with existing clients
2. Assist clients with their daily requirements and able to prioritize tasklists
3. Overview and Manage day to day collaboration with client and internal resources.
4. Responsible for making sure the day to day deliverables as per the brand knowledge and guidelines and able to transfer the knowledge to all account executives and team.
5. Responsible for the QC of the output deliverables to clients.
6. Responsible for making sure all deliverables meet deadlines and as per client brief.
7. Making sure daily activities of client delivery is in excellent service
8. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 1 year Sales experience in Marketing / Design Agency, Startup, e-Commerce, or digital marketing services
3. Good English speaking and writing skills
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
5. Able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail
6. Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges
7. Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
