As a Jakarta & Bali based Digital Marketing Agency, AITIMEDIA provides digital marketing services to help owners scale up their businesses through integrated marketing solutions.

We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Project Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding teamin Bogor.

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining existing clients and building good relationships with existing clients.

2. Assist clients with their daily requirements and able to prioritize tasklists.

3. Overview and manage day to day collaboration with client and internal resources.

4. Responsible for the QC of the output deliverables to clients.

5. Responsible for making sure all deliverables meet deadlines and as per client brief.

6. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Qualifications

1. bachelor's degree in communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field.

2. Good English speaking and writing skills.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

4. Able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail.

5. Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges.
