Things you will do

• Liaise with the Construction Management Officer for Evaluation of Construction after Handover to Branch Team
• Liaise with Construction Management Officer, and MEP AC Coordinator to ensure Construction issues are solved properly and immediately
• Request the Construction Execution Admin to provide the document required before Construction Starts
• Ensure the construction is delivered defect-free (Fewer issues during maintenance)
• Ensure all requirements and checklists for pre-construction are fulfilled for Civil related
• Regularly evaluate the issues to prevent recurring issues
• Manage the construction addendum as efficiently as possible
• Ensure the handover process to the Branch Operations team is done smoothly
• Responsible for the pre-construction execution until the post-construction
• Final handover of all documents to the Construction Execution Admin
• Monitor, update, and manage the project to ensure the construction is running smoothly and as scheduled

You’ll fit in this job if you

• Willing to be assigned to a project site
• Excellent project management skills include the ability to develop project schedules, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the timely completion of construction projects
• Accustomed to generating reports, tracking project milestones, documenting changes, and maintaining construction records
• A good communicator, collaborator, and critical-thinker
• Good knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulations
• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
