Monitoring pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan perawatan/perbaikan struktur & konstruksi bangunan di dalam dan di luar gedung

Memeriksa jadwal pekerjaan harian dan laporan kegiatan harian yang dibuat oleh Civil Technician

Memeriksa fasilitas milik tenant yang perlu diperbaiki yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan Civil

Memeriksa laporan yang dibuat kontraktor dalam rangka penyelesaian pekerjaan maintenance

Berpengalaman minimal 3 (tiga) tahun dibidang building service/maintenance untuk gedung bertingkat

Mempunyai leadership, komunikasi & orientasi pelayanan yang baik

drawing for architecture and civil in 2D and 3D

fluent in Autocad, and 3D software

speaks indonesian and english, written and oral

Liaise with Construction Management Officer, and MEP AC Coordinator to ensure Construction issues are solved properly and immediately

Liaise with the Construction Management Officer for Evaluation of Construction after Handover to Branch Team

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

Ensure all requirements and checklists for pre-construction are fulfilled for Civil related

Monitor, update, and manage the project to ensure the construction is running smoothly and as scheduled

Manage the construction addendum as efficiently as possible

Minimum background education is high school or D3.

Will be preparing and checking civil design and drawings (using 3D and/or 2D tools) based on the sketch from civil designer.

Execute MDR as planned by Lead Civil Engineer

Able to operate AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and PDMS (optional, will be a plus point)
