Fluidcon Technician Jobs

:

• Perform work in accordance with the assigned tasks from supervisor and aligned with his/her competence.
• Responsible for how to use and maintan all equipment, tools, facilities and other company asset.
• Conduct Risk Assessment for SHEQ aspect regularly or when required.
• To check the availability of stock in the system.
• Conduct Service A, B, C, D or installation for FSI & Autolube
• To inform any opportunities to relevant department, Foreman, Supervisor, PSSR, Branch Manager, etc
• Perform pre-start inspection prior conduct an activity, e.g.: light vehicle, tools, mesin, facility, etc.
• To attend and conduct coordination meeting with the team about any issue related with work, including SHEQ, by: toolbox meeting, safety talk or safety share, dll.
• Create report daily service activity report and submit to the superior.
• Comply and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.
• Conduct all activity complying with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality aspect; applicable legal requirements & other requirement, and committed with the implementation
• Implement 5S principles in daily activity (Sort – sortir; Simplify – meringkas; Shine – bersihkan; Standardize – standarisasi; Sustain – Pertahankan)

Requirements:

Educational Background :

• D3 / SMK in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or relevant

Experience :

• 1 – 3 Years experience in Mining, Heavy equipment or similar industry

Technical Knowledge & Skill :

• Abiliyt to use the email application and Microsoft office application
• Basic SHEQ ( Safety, Health, Environment & Quality )
• Ability to create daily activity form and Failure Analysis Report (FAR)
• Basic Mechanical, Tooling, Hose & Fitting, Hydraulic, Fire Suppression System & Auto Lubrication System
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English in oral and written.
• Understanding of Epiroc product knowledge align with his/her technical competence.
