:
- Ensure Beiersdorf project running smooth and and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Management Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.
Your Tasks:
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Providing Project Report (financial reports, progress project and budget outlines to Executives.)
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in Limited Contract (2-3 Years)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer
- Experience / involving executing build capital projects.
- Strong leadership skills.
