Align succession planning and talent management to the overall workforce strategy

Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource management or other relevant fields

Lead and manage the HR sites team based in Sumatera

Develop or assist in developing compensation and benefits strategy

Minimum of 15 years' experience in similar role within global or multinational companies

I ntroduce and explain the strategic benefits of the new department

Manage regular weekly/monthly supplier and internal reports

Three years’ experience in hotel or travel industry, especially OTA channels preferred, but not necessary

Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external / internal stakeholders

Strong prioritization and planning skills; must be comfortable making trade-offs vs. trying to get it  all  done

Strong strategic and data analysis skills
