Program Officer In Blitar – Project Based Jobs in Kab. Bogor, West Java

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.

Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions.

Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.

Act as a liaison between business users and teams, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Management/Economy or any related field

At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (preferred in energy sectors)

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Hands-on experience with purchasing software

Solid analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analyses

Conduct socialization process of procurement SOPs
