Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent knowledge of podcast recording and editing software like Adobe Audition and Hindenburg Journalist

Experience with organizing episodes & creating templates for content creation & promotional materials

Experience in sound design, music selection, and mixing audio

Experience in research or content creation

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Organize and handle water treatment and wastewater plant management .

Manage utility process equipment or machineries to be in a good condition.

Minimum of three years of related work experience

Keep the necessary documentation related to utility operations for the purposes of internal and external control.

Organize the identification & troubleshooting of current failures and repairs in the plant.

Act in accordance with the front of house equipment and the property management systems

Ensure the Front Office Manager is fully aware of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments

Experience supervising people and leading teams

Previous experience in a customer-focused industry

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Previous experience in a hotel environment

Develop internal standards, procedures, instructions and staff training in accordance with the requirements of the company.

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Confirmed problem-solving and analytical skills

Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff in the shift activities.

1 year of working experience in production

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

Managing of production resources (operators and daily workers schedule)

Ensuring the Production Process in accordance with production parameters and quality.

Developing SOP and One Point Lesson to optimize production process.
