Freelance - Podcast Production Bandung

This part-time remote role is for a Freelance Podcast Production Specialist. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the overall production of our podcast, from recording to post-production. The Freelance Podcast Production Specialist will work with the podcast host, guests, and production team to ensure that our episodes are engaging, informative, and professional.

• Experience in research or content creation
• Experience with organizing episodes & creating templates for content creation & promotional materials
• A strong portfolio of past podcast production work
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications or a related field is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of podcast recording and editing software like Adobe Audition and Hindenburg Journalist
• Experience in sound design, music selection, and mixing audio
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with podcast hosts, guests, and production teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
