General Support (Bandung) Jobs

:

1. Coordinating directly with the OB team, technicians and security guards.

2. Coordinating with regional operational teams.

3. Coordinating with central GA team.

4. Performing financial records for submission and accountability.

5. Performing human capital functions to find replacement operators.

6. Doing stock for supporting equipment on site (PPE, medicines, etc.).

7. Monitoring buildings in the site area and submitting repairs building to center.

8. Connect repairs with building vendors.

9. Monitoring assets in the area (vehicles, machines, etc.) and report the situation to the central GA on a regular basis.

10. Connect asset repair with related vendors and report to the center.

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of all major (Management/Human Resources preferred).

- Domiciled in Bandung or willing to be placed in Bandung.

- Have at least 1 year experience in the division related to General Support / General Affair.

- Mastering the basics of Ms. Office.

- Understand the basics of building supervision.

- Understand basic vehicle and engine maintenance.

- Own a personal laptop as a work support tool.
