Senior Podcast Partner Manager Jobs

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent knowledge of podcast recording and editing software like Adobe Audition and Hindenburg Journalist

Experience with organizing episodes & creating templates for content creation & promotional materials

Experience in sound design, music selection, and mixing audio

Experience in research or content creation

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Keep partners informed on the latest offerings from Spotify and sharing of industry standard process

Strong communication and presentation skills

Identify, recruit, onboard and support Partners and Creators in their Podcast efforts

Drive strategic partnerships with key creators and partners, including new content partner acquisition and revenue share agreements.

Identify, hire and lead relevant 3rd party agencies to assist in acquiring and developing of Podcasters at scale

Explore opportunities to increase value from partnerships, by collaborating with teams across Spotify including Licensing, Operations, Programming, Marketing and Analytics
