Job Description
Position : Production Shift Leader
Location : Cicalengka, Bandung
Employment Type : 12 month-contract
Responsibilities
  • Re-check, compile and maintain production documentations
  • Ensuring the Production Process in accordance with production parameters and quality.
  • Monitoring Production process.
  • Production material stock update
  • Managing of production resources (operators and daily workers schedule)
  • Production process backup.
  • Developing SOP and One Point Lesson to optimize production process.
Qualifications
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering
  • 1 year of working experience in production
  • Competency in English
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
