Principal Risk Business Partner Jobs

Review and monitor Product / business risk management from an end-to-end basis based on CPBB Process Governance structure.

Promote a strong risk management and compliance culture.

Understand risk profile and deploy/utilise Group Risk Assessment Matrix, Delegated Authorities Matrix, and the Risk Management Process.

Provide MIS as per agreed key controls, and escalate if needed, to appropriate management

Develop and implement Management Action Plan in Audits

Implement effective risk management process

4+ years of Data analytics experience

A champion of research based analysis with proven scientific writing skill

Solid knowledge in SQL and strong in Exploratory Data Analysis

Advanced knowledge in Python or R

Become SME (Subject Matter Expert) in terms of Data & Analytics within business unit/cluster

Analyse data to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions

Strong problem solving skills - resolving conflicts, decision making and change management

Work collaboratively alongside internal functions to build stronger internal relationships through engagement activities, training, product knowledge and experience sharing

Strong people skills - experienced in partnerships, collaboration, community engagement activities

Promote product knowledge through training and workshops to strengthen customer community

At least 4 years of professional experience in Sales role within the IT industry

Hands-on experience handling Public Cloud products is highly preferred (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alicloud, etc.)

5+ years’ experience in risk management in an operational environment, with knowledge of professional standards (ISO31000, COSO, RIMS, or equivalent).

SAP Risk Management experience preferred.

3+ Previus experience leading and managing teams.

Professionald eegree in Engineering / Technology / Finance or other relevant field.

Act as a member of the Risk, Audit and Compliance Committees to support the respectives Boards.

Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
