Responsible for monitoring Trucking and Forklift units and driver management

Responsible for import-export, logistics management, warehouse, transportation, and customer service

Experience as an export-import and Depot Manager of at least eight years

Manage export – import and logistics permits

Manage the loading of trucks and setting up delivery routes

Ensure that the documents required for import-export and logistics are in accordance with the requirements and requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, finance, management consulting, business or strategy roles

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to multi-task, work in a fast-pace corporate environment, and passion to drive strategic projects

Responsible for tracking and monitoring of the organization’s performance progress, as well as ensuring timely reporting to senior management

Work closely with internal teams on digitalization and strategic initiatives including project management, implementation, operation and post-implementation project.

Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT or related disciplines

Knowledge in IT Industry an added advantage

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Three years of supervisory experience

Five years of demand planning experience

Define and publish demand planning metrics targets.

Good knowledge, management and coordination of S&OP process

Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage multiply stakeholders across functions and geographies

Wider cross-functional experience preferable e.g. Commercial, Finance or Supply.

Analyse & manage volume & overlays assumptions with cross functional teams

Excellent analytical, organizational and decision making skills

Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and manage tension in S&OP conversations.

Support the water functional departments to define resources, timescales and costs to deliver the asset management objectives

Monitor asset capitalization to ensure alignment with the asset management plans

Ensure asset standards are defined to deliver water sector strategy and optimum asset lifecycle management

Develop the 5 years investment planning in compliance with the regulatory requirements

Liaise with the functional water business areas to define asset investment requirements and prioritise needs

Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset investment planning

Facility Management and administrative related qualifications

Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with cross-functional team members, landlord or building management, vendor and contractors.

Able to liaise with Landlord on lease management and contractual services delivered

Manage and assist with facilities budget, adherence and ensure responsible stewardship of resources.

Manage minor renovation projects/churn in the office, update floor plans and keep in view occupancy load.
