Proven experience with at least 5+ years in a senior management role within the coffee industry or a related field.

Ensure efficient inventory management, timely production, and delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of managers and staff members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and expense control measures to ensure the profitability of the coffee business.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to train and mentor staff.

Effectively managing labour requirements, manpower planning, production planning, stock management, instrumentation calibration, plant improvement while developing innovative systems and processes

Knowledge of current technologies in manufacturing, engineering, NPI, materials management/inventory control, supply chain, quality assurance systems, processes and practices

Education & Industry Experience required

Controlling day-to-day operations of all manufacturing resources to ensure the fulfilment of scheduled production requirements and priorities

Attract, select, develop, train, coach, appraise, and motivate managers and other personnel in key staff positions within the facility

Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing plan
