Hr Payroll And System Specialist Jobs

Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and implementing control system and energy storage projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Support in developing specifications for the bidding documents for relevant investment projects to be pursued.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, PowerPoint

1 or more years experience in SAP HCM (Payroll)

Good communication skill to partner effectively with cross functional team

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and attention to details of the problems

Support the SAP Payroll system

Support SAP Payroll-SAP R/3 data integration

Support Sunfish - SAP Payroll data integration

Compile payroll data for management, auditors, and others

Has proficient understanding in knowledge of compliance, legal, labor law, and industrial relations regulations for payroll & benefits

Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties (as required).

Take the initiative; demonstrate strong decision-making and organizational skills.

Minimum of 4 years of experience hands-on experience in managing Payroll, Time & Attendance processes, within a complex international organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Inform employees of their benefit options and plans and monitor the usage.

Collaborate with Finance and Accounting department for payments and deductions.

Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees.

Reconcile the payment of Tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Pension with Finance and Accounting Department.

Answer employees queries about compensation, benefits, taxes, insurance deductions or others payroll inquiries.

Bachelor Degree in any major, prefer in Finance or Business Administration
