Job Description

Main purpose of the job

To ensure efficient data processing and administration service in order to ensure accurate payroll records of employees as well as to contribute to the timeous and accurate payment of salaries or wages to all employee.



General Responsibility

  1. Maintain and update Employment database into HC Information System (such as : Contract period, salary data, etc)
  2. Inform employees of their benefit options and plans and monitor the usage.
  3. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting department for payments and deductions.
  4. Liaise with Industrial Officer regarding relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
  5. Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees.
  6. Gather and assist in processing data for payroll inputs, such as: Field Allowances, Project Incentives, Meals Allowance, etc.
  7. Prepare monthly report and journal salary based on account category of salary (Basic Salary, Burden Salary and Others Allowance).
  8. Assist Lead of Payroll and Admin with monthly balancing of salary reconciliations.
  9. Reconcile the payment of Tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Pension with Finance and Accounting Department.
  10. Assume responsibility of timely payment of monthly premiums (health insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Pension).
  11. Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on employment contracts are met such as: payments, period of contract, etc..
  12. Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts.
  13. Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the IR Discipline and Legal Department as needed.
  14. Answer employees queries about compensation, benefits, taxes, insurance deductions or others payroll inquiries.
  15. Assist with supporting document for maintain the validity of "Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA)", Expatriate working permit, visa process, and other formalities document.



General Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in any major, prefer in Finance or Business Administration
  2. Minimum 2 (two) years in the field of Payroll
  3. Able to operate Microsoft office (excel, word etc)
  4. Knowledge of Indonesia's labor law
