Having good experience about Balanced Scorecard, Competency Matrix, Talent Management / Succession Plan, TNA & Training Design
Develop and handle performance management systems, job evaluation, and job grading, including monitoring KPIs.
Bachelor/Master’s Degree any major, preferably in Psychology, Management from an accredited institution is required.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations
