5+ years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on digital advertising

Experience in managing and motivating teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Lead the development and implementation of ad operations strategies and processes

Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns

Monitor and optimize ad performance, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed goals

Bachelor degree from management, business intelligence and data science, economics, accounting, engineering.

Monitoring the projects and reporting the result to the project manager/owner to evaluate the projects.

Min working experience 1 year, preferably in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Manage and maintain employee databases on HRIS and manually.

Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders.

Experience in using Talenta HRIS is a plus.

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it.
