English and Bahasa Indonesian (must).

Conduct research on target companies, industries, and candidates

Assist in candidate identification and screening

Support consultants in coordinating and scheduling interviews

Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset

Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements

Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders

Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master's level degree in Engineering, Geoscience related fields

Excellent writing skills: You should be able to communicate complex ideas and analysis clearly and concisely in written form.

Conducting research on global political and economic issues.

Analysing data and identifying trends in foreign policy.

Writing reports, briefings, and presentations on foreign policy issues.

Providing insights and recommendations to decision-makers.

Collaborating with other analysts and experts on research projects.
