Monitoring produk Instrumentasi mulai dari perencanaan sampai dengan stok dan proyeksi untuk penjualan

Supervisi ke lapangan sampai pada pemberian advise kode barang di system kepada AO

Commissioning sampai dengan troubleshooting produk di lapangan setelah PO dan pemasangan

Perencanaan Stok atau Projection stock per tahun

Report mingguan dalam bentuk funnel meeting internal TS dan tim dengan Sales

Min. 5 years experience in senior managerial position with broad/depth concept Knowledge

Ensure implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improve

Contribute to strategic planning at top management level

Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop team of managers and other professionals

Deep knowledge of white paper production system, chemical and quality parameter of paper machines

Plans, develops, communicates and Implements production system and processes.

6.Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improve

3.Coordinate with Quality Department to investigate customer complain and implement corrective action

4.Improve current formulations of products (Raw Materials, Process control parameters) to improve Quality and Profitability

5.Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

4.Control budget, loss time, raw material, chemical and production performance 5.Self-updated with the new paper machine technology
