Advanced Education – Masters in Applied Project Management.

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Development and continued update of the W2W Asset Management Processes

Provide professional leadership / Support in the implementation of Risk and Hazard Identification and drive Management Workshops.

Has good ability to work with and develop people’s knowledge and skills

Manage O&M activities and able to control/maintain/improve the plant performance by right and accurate decision

Minimum of eight years' experiences in operations/maintenance/projects within the power generation industry

Experienced in electrical and control system design and construction of power plants/energy/utility project

Knowledge in power plant monitoring (SCADA/DCS) and other similar monitoring systems

About The Operations And Maintenance Manager (Energy) Role

Prepare and analyse the reports, plan the maintenance schedule, and Attend breakdown and unscheduled maintenance

Makes maintenance department rolling plan to migrate to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Ensure data management of corrective, breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Improve the management of consumable and spare part being used by the production department.

Implement LEAN standard Visual Management for operators & maintenance department.

C. Management & organizational issues:

Implement Total Productive Maintenance with the help of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Ketersediaan Tools untuk monitoring dan logging agar dapat berjalan dengan baik

Melakukan Implementasi terhadap tools otomatis dan frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)

Melakukan pendekatan seperti manajemen risiko, clustering, load balancing, dan failover

Menguasai setidaknya salah satu cloud besar yang ada (AWS / Google Cloud / Alibaba / Azure)

Minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang Cloud Infrastructure

Minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang Development & Operations (DevOps)

1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred

1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferred

1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and terminology

Pendidikan minimal D3 dari jurusan Teknik Elektro / Instrumentasi / Renewable Energy

Memahami maintenance di bidang energi terbarukan

Mampu menganalisa dan melakukan troubleshoot permasalahan

Tertib administrasi dan lancar menggunakan Ms Office dan Google Workspace
