Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a reputable university (preferably majoring in Psychology/ Management/ Business Administration/ Communication).

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will assist to schedule meetings (i.e., training, socialization, workshop) including logistic preparation.

You will assist the end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, prescreen interview, interview and medical checkup arrangement, and onboarding process.

You will support HR admin tasks, including but not limited to:

Medical claims administrator (reimbursement procedures)

Min. 1-2 years related experience in HR Culture & Engagement.

Excellent written and communication skills

Act as the Human Resources communications person in charge for the launch of special programs and events.

Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.

Supports design and administration components for employee engagement surveys.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major preferably in Communication or Design Communication.

To assist the Assistant HR Manager to prepare appointment letter for Level 7 below (supervisor team member)

To organize the orientation day (as and when required) and assist the Learning and Development Manager to coordinate the flow.

To liaise with Security Manager for a random sport check in Female & Male team member’s dressing room.

Spot check. Locker investigation on monthly basis and organize the time with the Security department as well as the Duty Manager

1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.

Possess basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or equivalent

At Least 2 Years of working experience as HR & GA Officer

Excellence knowledge and understanding of HR & GA

Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Liaison with personnel in the project in HR & operations related matters

Excellent time management, communication, organizational and multitasking skills

Travel & logistics management including legalities

Experience in handling HR and operations/admin for more than 5 years

Knowledge about Indonesian labour law

Good command of English both written and spoken

Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of specialist training

Open final year student (already finished on thesis) with major in human resource management, or any related field

Provides help and support to Manager and PICHR

Able to communicate in English

Support any administrative role related to the HR matter
