Monitor the daily performance of the Finance Accounting.

Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have knowledge about GL, tax, reporting, AP & AR

Experienced in Pharmacy Industry (preferable)

Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Control the use of the budget to ensure the use of funds effectively and efficiently in supporting the company's operational activities.

Experience in implementing and operating educational platforms such as Learning Management System

Proven min. 1 year work experience as Learning Operation/Learning Management, especially in Edutech industry

Have strong project management skill

Run all operational tasks for learning program, including learning course & materials management, student management, payment management, data and document management.

Strong time management, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Collect, manage, and deliver issues/complaint from student to stakeholders. Ensure the issue/complaint solved.

Have experience as Finance Staff especially as Treasury

Good interpersonal skill, can do attitude

Checking invoice and all supporting documents

Handling payment gateway, petty cash and employee claim

Input Journal (JE dan AP) at SAP system

Relationship with bank & group

Untuk mengelola petty cash, cashflow, pajak, verifikasi dokumen, dan pengarsipan dokumen keuangan;PPMNmembutuhkan

dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

Membuat jurnal kas kecil secara berkala ke dalam sistem

Support Management in developing and implementing new company policies or procedures

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Pyschology, Law or equivalent.

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, industrial relationship) is a must.

Handle employee benefit, incentive, government statutory, etc

Manage and maintain employee database on HRIS

At least 3 yeas of working experience as HR Generalist

Analyze data or insights and devise medium-term strategies for product categories and take initiation to drive promotion campaign for addition revenue

Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category

Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category

Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams on daily basis for trade promotion alignment

Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility and ensure product availability that meets consumer demands

Formula and develop channel activity plan with effective utilization of resources to maximize ROI returns

Assist the management team in preparing the finance presentation when required

• Minimum 3-4 years’ work experience in Accounting & Finance. Experience in audit is preferred

Any other Accounting and Finance related duties assigned

Working closely with Regional Finance Director (based in HK) in reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance

• SAP and Business Warehouse experience

At least 1 years of experience as HR Admin

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Experience with HRIS will be advantage

Maternity Leave only for 3 months

Minimum Diploma preferred bachelor degree graduates majoring in accounting, management, finance.

Preferred to have experience in the same field especially on billing invoice

Make a billing plan based on the DSO and set collection targets

Responsible for completing invoice billing according to the target set

Monitor invoices that have been sent to customers to ensure timely payment

Monitor the status of targeted billing data so that no bill is missed

Strong leadership and people management skills

To deliver product knowledge to employees in line with the sales cycles and training priorities

1-2 years experience as a Trainer, ideally in a skincare and/ or cosmetic retail environment

High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills

To develop and motivate employees through training and coaching

To identify and provide feedback for future training needs

- Handle GA stock opname, reimbursement, operational driver, and office supply

- Handling related to STNK, fuel, Maintenance, and reporting to the supervisor

-Support the general affair division

- Handling ticketing and business trip

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in all major

- Able to communicate in English ( written and spoken)

Teaching household routine and skills to well members of the family;

Helping mother care for baby while she fulfills her duties. Which can include, changing, bathing, feeding and playing with baby.

Reporting changes in the client’s condition.

Other activities that are determined necessary and trained on for a specific client and are restricted to the following:

Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises;

Measuring intake and output of fluids;
