Material Planning Manager Jobs

Skill on overall general management with a focus on sales achievement

Report to General Manager and Director

Minimum 10 years' experience field sales and marketing experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations

Planning and control of different departments (sales, marketing, operation, financial) to ensure the target is achieved

Monitor and take action on cost efficiency and effectiveness while attaining exponential /fast growing sales result

Provide planning and status report (orally and written)

Minimal 2 years experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager

Have experience in handling building material

Bachelor's degree in any fields

Able to speak Chinese is preferred

Focus on target sales achievement

Accountable as proxy form SCM Planning to Manufacturing Value Stream Manager

More than 8 years of relevant job experience preferable in HealthCare or FMCG sector

Good interpersonal & coordination skill with strong analytical skill

Computer skill (Excel, Power Point, SAP APO/MM/PPDS)

Lead and control optimization of SAP system usage and leverage digital transformation within the team

Control inventory of materials (raw & packaging) to be at optimum level as stated on the site target

Solid understanding of supply planning and inventory management practices and procedures

Proven work experience 10 years as a Demand Planner or a similar role

Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant working experience in the chemical industry background would be an advantage

Estimating future demand for an organization’s products or services and analyzing inventory flow to build forecasting models.
