Material And Manufacturing Planning Manager

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible to ensure optimization of production and packaging schedule, in order to improve efficiency (OEE) of wach work centers, while fulfilling delivery schedule, GMP, and safety requirements
• Lead and control optimization of SAP system usage and leverage digital transformation within the team
• Ensure and control material (packaging & raw) readiness for production/packaging with regards to market supply, inventory cost, production cost (efficiency) write-off cost and storage cost& capacity, while fulfilling GMP and safety requirements
• Responsible to lead the development of master and detail manufacturing schedule for CH products in Cimanggis with an end-to-end process approach. The individual will manage and evaluate production output trends to ensure the master recipe, process routing, and respective production versions are up to date

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead and control optimization of SAP system usage and leverage digital transformation within the team
• Accountable as proxy form SCM Planning to Manufacturing Value Stream Manager
• Ensure material (raw & packaging) readiness from ordering, incoming, up to release of materials, in order to supply Operations with the right material, at the right time and at the right quantity and
• Lead the relationship with suppliers in relation to supply perspective. This is including to ensure material availability, control inventory to be at optimum levels, ensure timely release of the material
• Control inventory of materials (raw & packaging) to be at optimum level as stated on the site target
• Lead the evaluation of production output trends and factory performance. Communicate and resolve issues regarding the production plan that could result in customer service problems, low stock levels, or backlog orders.
• Lead the team member to continuously update materials planning & manufacturing planning business process in order to identify OFI (opportunity for improvement), to define project improvement plan, and to execute the improvement plan
• Ensure proper development of master and detail manufacturing schedule within the site with an end-to-end process approach

Who You Are

• Good interpersonal & coordination skill with strong analytical skill
• Customer focus oriented
• University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Computer skill (Excel, Power Point, SAP APO/MM/PPDS)
• More than 8 years of relevant job experience preferable in HealthCare or FMCG sector
• Fluent in Indonesia and English
