Communicate with all clients during the whole process of sales, including the compilation of quotations and professional offers

Maintaining deadlines according to project requirements

Ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures, attentive to detail, strong problem-solving skills anda can-do flexible attitude.

Experience in, or knowledge of, the airline industry is a distinct advantage

Manage smaller but value driven Trade accounts and/or partners as per agreed targets using an insights driven approach

Provide coverage and support for the Account Manager role as and when required

Manage and grow the customer base for the SME (Business Plus) programme

Utilise tools such as PRISM, SFA, DDS and QlikView to run reports and conduct analysis for the Trade Account Managers

Research, analysis and problem solving skills to understand sales and consumer data and create optimized sales processes

Daily, Weekly, monthly basis reporting and analysis to understand the state of the business and sales performance

Inventory controlling to keep OOH balance and provide to sales team and customer, reduce old season to make healthy inventory level

Creating So, DN, return, credit note daily and summarized

Controlling open purchase daily basis

Displaying our best offers and all joint marketing agreed to by the Products complied with as agreed.

Service oriented with high verbal and writing skills, fluent in English

Ability to work under high pressure, excellent business communication skills

Experience working B2B with travel agents/ business professional

Check for operational issues on all ground settings, ensuring faults are kept to a minimum.

Implementing advertising schedules in consultation and collaboration with management

1-2 years of related experience in operations, and/or marketing campaigns

HTML coding skills is a must have; Javascript/CSS will be a bonus

Photoshop and image editing skills are also a good bonus to have

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
