Product Merchandising and Catalog Management:

Manage the cosmetics firm's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.

Define target audience segments and create customer personas to tailor marketing efforts and improve user experience.

Continuously optimize the website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to enhance conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• At least 3 years experiences in digital marketing & ecommerce specialist

Mengelola akun toko di E-Commerce (upload, update stock & harga, marketplace ads, dll)

Membuat strategi agar toko di marketplace / E-Commerce (tokopedia, bukalapak, shopee, dsb) mencapai target penjualan

Mengoptimalisasi iklan di e-commerce/marketplace khususnya top ads

Menjalankan jobdesc lain sesuai lingkup E-Commerce Specialist

BERPENGALAMAN min. 3 Tahun menjadi Sales Online atau Digital Marketing Ecommerce/Marketplace

Berpengalaman diproduk Laptop, Handphone & Gadget (Diutamakan)

Project management experience (Asana) an advantage

Pengalaman dalam ads, memperhatikan pengeluaran iklan, penjualan, ACOS, ROAS, DPV, rasio konversi, dan pembelian.

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and data analysis.

Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.

Experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion rate optimization.

Experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.

Able to manage OTA extranet.

Min. 2 year experience at the same position in Hotel/Virtual Hotel Operator.

Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
