DIGITAL MARKETING & ECOMMERCE MANAGER

Waterbom Bali is looking for an energetic and strategically-minded leader to manage all aspects of digital marketing, digital advertising, SEO, website & ecommerce management and development, and drive our online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

-Creating Digital Marketing Strategy

• Creating timelines and key milestones
• Planning, setting objectives and strategies
• Identifying key industry trends

-Digital Ads management/SEO

• Reporting, monitoring ROAS, suggesting improvements
• Manage, plan and maintain digital marketing campaigns across a broad range of channels inc social media ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing and display advertising
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets and ROI

-Ecommerce & Website Management and maintenance

• External developer management
• Management and optimization of ticketing systems
• Supporting and developing all online booking systems
• Contributing to revenue growth
• Development, improving performance, optimising user experience

-Email Marketing Management and Reporting

-Sales Promotion Digital Support

• Providing best digital practice for marketing and promotional campaigns
• Managing promo codes, website integration

-CRM/ Guest database management

• Optimisation of online reviews (Trip Advisor/ Google reviews)
• Create ideas for loyalty programs and guest rewards
• Plan CRM strategies

-Reporting, analysis and optimization of all content and digital platforms

-Digital Marketing budget management

Requirements / Skills/ Experience:

• Proficient use of Google Drive, Sheets, Doc, Slides and Canva or other related office software
• Direct experience working in a team that manages all aspects of digital marketing and ecommerce for a large brand, or various medium brands at a digital agency
• Project management experience (Asana) an advantage
• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia required
• Boutique and bespoke approach
• Min 4 yrs experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce with relevant education & training in same
• Hospitality/ Tourism experience preferred
• Super organised to keep all tasks on schedule
• On top of all digital trends and technology
