Min. 5 years of experience in Risk Management (insurance industry)

Ensure company end-to-end risk management implementation

Bachelor Degree of Economics, Financial Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Law with min GPA of 3.00

Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and data analytic skills

Examine & improve the risk control mechanism

Develop a company risk culture & awareness program

In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and policies tailored to the company's operations and industry regulations.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.

Design and implement risk monitoring, alert, and reporting systems to provide timely and accurate information to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Ensure the formation of LBU Technology Risk Management framework and the successful rollout and implementation within the LBU

Work closely with LBU operational risk management team in managing LBU information and technology risk

Support LBU operational functions as required to manage risks to information and technology assets appropriately

Provide assurance and oversight on information and technology risks that might pose a threat to the business.

Provide technical and best practice guidance on information and technology risk taking into account specific platform and regional complexities and issues

Support the LBU CRO in ensuring periodic reporting of information and technology risk matters to LBU risk committee

Experience of at least 3 years working in a Securities Company with the same position

Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing

Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University

Have a Securities WPPE/WPEE that is registered with the OJK and is still active is plus

Aware of OJK & IDX rules and regulation

Able to operate Microsoft Office; Minimal Word & Excel

Experience in establishing and/or overseeing fraud risk management policy and procedure is preferred.

Support the Lead Retail Risk on the design, implementation, and execution of various digital transformation initiatives from fraud risk management perspective.

You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet.

Identify and minimize fraud, deliver the desired customer experience via the digital channels.

Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or equivalent disciplines

Monitor the implementation of risk management strategies that have been prepared by the Board of Directors.

Periodically review the risk management process.

Provide recommendations to business and operational functions and/or to the Risk Management committee, in accordance with their authority.

Strong knowledge and experience in data processing (data analysis and statistics).

Minimum one year (1) experience in a similar role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Have basic knowledge regarding internal control, procedures, systems, operations, and risk management

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the internal control system in implementing effective IT risk management.

Prepare training/socialization materials related to IT risk management

Prepare exposure materials for the IT risk management committee

Have basic knowledge of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to Bank business activities

Have good analytical and problem solving skills

Assist collaboration with related units/parties in the preparation and review of risk management policies and methods of measuring risk management

Bachelor's degree or final year students majoring in Economy, Finance, Information Technology

Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

Able to work meticulously & detail-oriented

Willing to work at Jakarta office if required

Memiliki sertifikasi keahlian terkait manajemen risiko seperti FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), atau CRMP (Certified Risk Management Professional).

Sarjana di bidang Keuangan, Akuntansi, Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait lainnya.

Setidaknya 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang manajemen risiko di industri fintech.

Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik, serta kemampuan dalam bekerja sama dengan tim teknologi dan kepatuhan untuk mengelola risiko secara efektif.

Mampu bekerja mandiri, mengkoordinasikan, dan memimpin tim dalam mengelola risiko di industri fintech.

Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang lingkungan bisnis di industri fintech dan kemampuan dalam mengidentifikasi risiko dan peluang bisnis secara efektif.

Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferable in Finance/Economics, Law, Management, Engineering

Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management standard practice in accordance with COSO, ISO and/or OJK Regulation.

Drive an effective implementation of Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM), including implementing of Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Company.

Min 5 years’ as Operational Risk Management in Banking/Financial Industry

Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.

Good in communication skill and collaboration in diversity

Job Specific Skills: ISO-31000; Project management standards PMI; COSO Framework.

Qualifications: Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience: 8+years of professional experience in industrial firms - energy, manufacturing, chemicals, utilities, or banks.
