Melaksanakan program Field Engineering Service (FES).

Berkoordinasi & memberikan support pada sales representative.

Melaksanakan perbaikan bila ada Trouble Shooting.

Melaksanakan Training & Plan Study pada pelanggan.

Melaksanakan Training Internal, Inspeksi & observasi lapangan

Membuat sampling pelumas & Intepretasi hasil analisa serta memastikan hasil lab sample oli dari pelanggan.

Melakukan penerimaan FOL bersama dengan FOL storeman dari ekspedisi.

Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelayanan serta membina kerjasama dengan user terkait FOL di lapangan.

Membantu dan melaksanakan FOL stock taking.

Membuat monthly report FOL stock taking (Berita Acara).

Membuat rekapitulasi pemakaian fuel harian.

Sarjana Teknik Industry/Teknik Mesin dengan pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai FOL Foreman di perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan, atau

Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent organizing skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to manageand coordinate a variety of shipments and shipping methods.

Four or five years minimum of experience in Palm Oil industry especially in bulk oillogistic is a MUST.

Has a good knowledge of loading points across Indonesia is a MUST.

Has a good knowledge of loading/unloading barges and installations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English will be anadvantage.

Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

Manage key stakeholders in Unilever Oleochemicals Indonesia (UOI) and in the global Business Groups (BG)

Deep experience with local origination in Indonesia. Strong understanding of different supply chains including top/mid-tier supplier and smallholders origination.

Strong understanding of palm sustainability requirements, including supplier traceability to plantations and NDPE.

Prior experience in managing an origination team in Indonesia.

Good communication skills to convey complex market dynamics in simple language to internal stakeholders in a MNC organization

Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting operations

At least Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance. Master's Degree in Business Management is a plus

Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team

Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

Becoming the key person in finance business partnering

At least 15 years of experience in managing multiple subsidiaries financial operations

Ensure that the projects are planned, organised and executed in accordance with the business management system

Lead planning of project strategies including contracting, risk management, project controls, and project execution

Manage, inform, and lead project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
