Berkoordinasi dengan bagian Estate, Finance dan Perizinan

Melakukan verifikasi seluruh transaksi ke bagian finance untuk proses PPJB, Akad Kredit, Pengalihan, Permintaan Addendum Cara Bayar dan BAST

Mereview dan mengumpulkan dokumen legalitas konsumen atas pembelian unit untuk proses PPJB (Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli) dan Akad Kredit

Mengatur jadwal penandatangan PPJB, Akad kredit, AJB dengan konsumen, bank atau notaris

Mempersiapkan proses buyback guarantee dari Bank dan Notaris

Melakukan persiapan proses pengalihan unit dari konsumen

Providing administrative support to the finance department

Provide administrative support during any Finance Audit and/or Finance meeting

Assisting in preparing application for approval, license, and permit for the companies and ensuring completion work with the project timeline.

Assisting in drafting, reviewing and translating any assigned legal documents from Indonesia to English or vice versa.

Prepare and file appropriate Legal documents (including a tracking database)

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and any reports.

Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation on the basis of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Report directly to Legal Manager and arrange an effective team work within the compliance team sub-division.

Minimum 2 years experience as a legal officer/legal staff

Good legal knowledge and excellent in drafting, and negotiating legal documents both in English and Indonesia

Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.

Draft and revise company policies as necessary.

Have interest or experience in media, entertainment, and/or intellectual property matters.

Have 3 years of experience in the field of law, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house experience.

Experience negotiating and crafting contents production, licensing, distribution, and other commercial agreements,specifically in entertainment or media, is a plus.

Creative, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, team player and ambitious.

Provide legal support to the various Internal departments.

Draft and advise on entertainment and media deals and agreements.

5 years of work experience as an in-house counsel in corporate function from financial institutions/lawyer in reputable firm

Prior experience in insurance company is a huge advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable universities.

In-depth understanding of corporate laws, insurance laws and regulations, as well as legal procedures

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Law related to company business

Drafting dan review semua kontrak, perjanjian dan dokumen lainnya dan memastikan bahwa segala kepentingan perusahaan terlindungi dan / atau tercover

Menyiapkan dan mengurus perizinan serta dokumen lainnya untuk interal dan eksternal perusahaan

Memberikan pendapat hukum kepada manajemen

Mewakili perusahaan dalam setiap permasalahan hukum

Memastikan segala legalitas dan perizinan perusahaan telah terpenuhi

Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lainnya yang ditugaskan oleh atasannya
