Have good in management documentation;

Have work experience minimal 3 year in same field;

Have basic knowledge Legal company;

Review and drafting all company agreement (company and commercial) include and not limited to Legal document (i.e MoU, LoI, etc);

Do Legal analysis and review.

Have a graduate Bachelor Degree majoring in Law;

Demonstrate knowledge and extensive experience in interacting with regulators particularly with Bank Indonesia and OJK is preferable.

Knowledge of the payment system industry, regulatory compliance landscape, and credit and debit payment systems.

Knowledge of using PPATK applications.

Strong knowledge of BI, OJK, and PPATK regulations including but not limited to reporting obligation and transaction monitoring.

Strong analytical and planning skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.

• Review progress of outstanding litigation cases and liase with and manage external lawyers.

Outstanding interpersonal abilities and an analytical mind with exceptional organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.

Providing legal advice and service in drafting and reviewing legal documents with relevant business units.

Review and evaluate existing company procedures & processes, and suggest changes where required.

Analyzing current/new regulations and providing team direction and guidelines on compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Legal & Compliance Staff :

Menyusun dan memeriksa draft perjanjian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

3.Menyusun Legal Opinion atas keadaan atau permasalahan yang timbul dalam perusahaan.

Menguasai terkait proses pelaksanaan RUPS beserta penyusunan dokumen RUPS

Memastikan berjalannya kegiatan analisa /review terhadap dokumen perusahaan khususnya terkait aspek -aspek hukum.

Melakukan monitoring/pengawasanatas kewajiban yang diperyaratkan oleh regulator untuk di implementasikan pada perusahaan

Provide assistance/coordination to regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Customs, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed.

Minimum 1 year experience as Legal Staff/Compliance Staff

Experienced in operating OSS System

Making and/or checking the Company's legal documents based on the applicable laws and regulations.

Make and/or check all Company agreements.

Compile a database of all applicable laws and regulations related to the Company's obligations.

Legal documents and company license management.

Experienced in the same position (as Legal & Compliance officer) at least 3 years.

Communicate And Negotiate With Internal And External Parties For Finalizing Contracts

Design, develop, and manage of company overall IT data integration architecture and infrastructure.

Design, implement, and manage transactional reports infrastructure.

Minimum 3 years working experience as Data Integration Engineer/ETL Developer/Report Developer.

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.

At least 3 years’ experience in a financial services company.

Proven experience in dealing with business licensing processes and reporting to regulator e.g., Bank Indonesia.

Have extensive knowledge of compliance in financial services.

Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders with different background.

Carry out compliance-related activities and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

5. Responsible for service provider management, evaluate to bring in new ones and obsolesce unqualified ones.

2. Responsible for clarifying the customs & market requirements for import commodities, and support product lines expanding.

4. Familiar with customs system, HSCODE classification rules, Incoterms®2020, customs on-site declaration experience is preferred.

1. Responsible for import & export customs HSCode classification and study related regulation & policies compliance.

4. Enhance the ability of customs clearance, including process optimization, cost control, timeliness improvement and data analysis.

6. Support other works and temporary tasks from leader's and cross team's.

2-3 years’ experience. Law firm or in house experience. Experience in financial technology/ financial services company will be a plus.
